Guided by Chaka Cross, a Yin Yoga specialist, intuitive guide, and medicine woman, this offering honors the sacred in every body, every breath, and every season of life. What This Experience Is

This is a virtual Yin Yoga experience designed to support rest, stillness, emotional release, and inner connection through slow, supported postures, mindful breath, guided reflection, and sacred presence.

Yin Yoga invites the body to soften over time. Instead of rushing through movement, you will be guided into longer-held postures that create space for awareness, release, and deep listening. Each session is gentle, beginner-friendly, and rooted in honoring your body as it is.

This is a practice of slowing down enough to hear yourself again.

Experience Flow

Arrival & Grounding

You will begin by arriving into your space, settling your body, and allowing the outside world to soften. Chaka will guide you through grounding breathwork and a simple intention-setting practice to help you become present.

Yin Postures & Long Holds

You will be guided through slow, supported Yin postures held for several minutes at a time. These postures are designed to invite release, openness, and deeper body awareness without force or strain.

Medicine Woman Moment

Each session includes a sacred pause with Chaka’s intuitive guidance. This may include a guided meditation, sacred visualization, soft sound, or reflective moment to help you connect more deeply with your inner rhythm.

Integration & Reflection

The practice closes with a gentle return, breath of gratitude, and time for optional journaling or quiet reflection. You are invited to notice what shifted, what softened, and what your body may be asking you to carry forward.

Closing Presence

You will leave with space to re-enter your evening slowly, feeling more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself.
