It is prepared with reverence, intention, and simplicity. The experience is not about escaping yourself. It is about returning to yourself with more softness, honesty, and presence.\nDuring this ceremony, you will be invited into grounding, prayer, intention setting, cacao, music, movement, reflection, and community sharing.
