Hosted at the home of Phil DeCola in Columbia Heights, this special performance and fundraiser brings together music, community, and purpose in a unique, close-up setting.\nGuests will experience a rare live performance from Doug Carn, whose music bridges the sacred and improvisational traditions of jazz.  The evening offers an opportunity to hear one of the genre’s masters in an environment designed for connection, listening, and appreciation.\nIn addition to the performance, attendees can enjoy food, drinks, and time to gather with fellow supporters of the Home Rule Music and Film Preservation Foundation.  This event directly supports the Foundation’s mission to preserve and celebrate DC’s rich musical and cultural legacy through programs like the Home Rule Music Festival, documentary film projects, and youth education initiatives.\nSuggested donation is $100.
